If you do not have a team to play on we will place individuals on a house team

Register today for a competitive & friendly environment and have some fun this winter

Football Clinic - January 22nd, 2008

REGISTER ONLINE

Football clinics are six weeks, run one hour per week, from 7-8pm, and are for ages 6-14 years old. Cost for the six week camp is $66.00 per athlete. This clinic covers the basics plus, the other details they don't receive during the season. The clinic is held by Michael Ranke and the Capital Colts professional football team.

Week 1 - Introduction, footwork and rules are introduced.

Week 2 - Route learning, how to catch, foot positioning, and tucking the ball. A game will be played the last seven minutes of the hour session.

Week 3 - 3 point stance, blocking and exploding from 3 point. A game will be played the last ten minutes of the hour session.

Week 4 - Footwork DB/receivers, cone drills, hand offs, pitches, and hot potato drill. A game will be played the last ten minutes of the hour session.

Week 5 - Kicking/punting, play book, managing the clock, 2 min. drill. A game will be played the last eight minutes of the hour session.

Week 6 - Game play, route learning, footwork, certificate handout. A game will be played the last 7 minutes of the hour session.
